Conference Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Issuance of this invoice confirms the participant’s registration for the conference/event based on the details stated herein.

2. The registration fee is subject to VAT, as applicable and indicated on the invoice.

3. The registration fee must be paid in full according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

4. Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable cancellation and refund policy.

5. In the event of non-attendance, the registration fee will not be refunded unless otherwise specified in the cancellation and refund policy.

6. The organizer reserves the right to change the conference/event schedule, speakers, venue, or program when necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to registered participants.

7. Registration is personal and may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from the organizer.

8. The participant is responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information.

9. These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
